Does Bondi POS process card payments?
No — and that's deliberate. Bondi POS records your sales and keeps your books straight; it never touches card processing or settlements. Keep whatever EFTPOS terminal you already have. That means no payment surcharges from us and no PCI compliance burden on you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial is completely free with no card required to start. We'll email you before it ends. Add a card to continue on your chosen plan, or do nothing and the till simply pauses — your data stays safe and readable.
Do I really pay the same whether I'm busy or quiet?
Yes. It's a flat $39 a month no matter your turnover. Turn over $500 a day or $50,000 — we never take a percentage. Busy months are yours to enjoy, not ours to tax.
How many staff can I add?
As many as you like. Pricing is per shop, never per seat — so adding your whole team costs nothing extra. Each person gets their own login and a 4-digit till PIN.
Is my data locked in if I cancel?
Never. Cancel anytime and your full sales history, stock and reports stay readable and exportable to CSV. Your data is yours — nothing held hostage.
What does the annual plan save me?
